From the purchase of my truck through 3 service calls, I have been very satisfied with McFarland Ford of Rochester.
Truck is great but the battery keeps dying. I bought an extended warranty I'm guessing that's not covered though.

Overall service was good. Done ahead of shedule. Price as quoted. They didn't diagnose oil leak source, but I was told and I believe billed for oil dye additive. I now have to find a time to take it back.

I drove from out of state and signed the paperwork in person. Drove my new vehicle 6.5hrs home without a problem. They follow up after purchase to ensure everything is going as it should.

I dropped my car off early and the work was done sooner than I expected.
When obtaining service at other dealerships I’m used to getting a text message with a number to communicate with the service department. I left my vehicle overnight so that parts could be ordered and then the required work be done the next day. I had no communication until I called in the afternoon to find out the status. The staff was very good and I’m happy with the work that was performed. Communication could definitely have been better.

I brought the vehicle in for a transmission service. I mentioned the OD light would flash as soon as I got on the highway. Although I was told the transmission is fine, within minutes of leaving the light was back on indicating no change from when I brought it in. At $400 for the service I feel more of an attempt to diagnose the problem should have been made. I called and relayed my disappointment and was informed that a minimum of $250 dollars more would be required to diagnose and that any fix would likely require opening the transmission which would ...

Near as we can tell, because you don't know what you don't know, but it seemed that Chase and Brian patiently explained the purchasing process. The entire experience was low key....none of the typical 'tag team' high pressure sales approach previously experienced at other dealerships.

Installed Pinch Weld Covers I supplied on my Outer Banks...now it looks finished! These should be standard on any Bronco with bare pinch welds!

As far as dealership for all fords I find very deceiving consider the entire computer xxxx with apple play . I’ve had other things happen to vehicle already I hope nothing else goes wrong but disappointed in ford itself to say the least
Great dealership. Absolutely willing to work with the customer. From what I’ve seen they do not upcharge price due to high demand like the Bronco Raptor and Ranger raptor at or below msrp. Tyler Stanley, the sales advisor that accommodated my sale, was knowledgeable of the truck, and its features. Worked his butt off to make my sale as well, having to run my demands by management more than once. All around great dealership. Will do further business with them.
