My vehicle is making more noises then before I brought it in. Replaced rotator and break and now the car squeels while turning. Have to go back to a mechanic somewhere else.

You sold me a car not even a gear ago. No one should fail inspection for brakes in that amount of time. I was told you sold me a car with 6mm of front pads left. Half the life of them were gone yet you replaced the back. No one told me my water pump us leaking until I got home and read the paperwork. Again , haven't even had the car at year yet

I first gave McFarland ford a low rating, I am withdrawing that rating to give a new rating based on the Service manager reaching out to me. I have purchased my 2021 f-250 from Rochester Ford now McFarland Ford and just recently referred my sister to purchase a used Ford Ranger from McFarland Ford. My 2021 F-250 has had an issue with a circuit that was no longer under warranty. The circuit issue upset me due to being charged for both diagnosis and repair. This Dealership was an awesome a experience for daughters first vehicle and my new one.
We took the car in for a chip in the window and did not think it had been properly fixed After further inspection we agreed that it had been fixed but where the chip was in the window would cause problems with future inspections. The manager agreed and promptly made arrangements to have the window replaced As this is our third car purchased at McFarland, we continue to be pleased with the service and the staff

I was pleased they took care of issue even though it was intermittant and couldn't be proven until sunroof was disassembled. Not happy I had to come down there and do a test drive which proved nothing prior to appointment. (This is my 5th time with same issue, I am quite famiuliar with it) Repair was performed correctly and in timely manner once the car was brought in

I recently visited McFarland Ford dealership in Rochester, New Hampshire, to have my 2013 F-150 Lariat appraised, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The sales representative initially claimed that the check engine light was on, but after going out to the truck together, I showed him that the light was not illuminated. He also mentioned that the truck was "stuttering," a claim that was not true, as the vehicle runs smoothly without any issues.

My overall experience with McFarland Ford Rochester was fantastic. There was no nonsense, and it was a very efficient process. All the people I dealt with were professional and courteous.
Service writer Frank has always been a good guy, friendly, understanding and down for a good laugh. This day of service Frank had the day off. My previous truck had u-joints installed which the technician did not install the c clips in them causing the caps to fall out during a snow storm which in return caused the truck to completely destroy the drive shaft which the dealer replaced yes but this incident caused my work vehicle to be down for two days. Jonathan was helpful and knowledgeable - the truck purchased was out front ready & waiting for us when we arrived after a quick phone call to ensure it was available. Test ride confirmed our decision to purchase and this was a very smooth process to complete paperwork. Everyone at dealership showed professionalism.
Everything was great besides they rotated the tires,never adjusted air pressure seeing as the rears hold 80psi and fronts hold 60psi. It tripped my air pressure light in my truck and had to adjust. Also hand prints on the hood.
We arrived to pick up a new truck & wanted accessories installed & Art was very helpful. He was able to get someone to install within an hour while we waited which meant we didn’t need to return. He was gracious even though we were not scheduled which was a great introduction to the service department.

Good service, 1 complaint when vehicle was done they did not pay attention enough to the phone number. Found out my car had been sitting there for a few days completed. We have an area code close to the 603 and I specifically said please pay attention to that area code number 605, but as usual no attenton to detail and for 3 days I could have had my vehicle back. I had instructed the dealer that I had an issue with my TPMS module for some time before they even looked at it. They took the truck and gave me a loaner which I had to continuously call ahead for.
