I received an incorrect bill of sale. I received NO WARRANTY information, no information on what services mcfarland offers to new customers, no information on extended warranty. No one called or followed up on sale to see if i was satisfied, which i am with the truck, but not with mcfarland

I would never bring another truck or suv to be worked ,I had very bad experience there. My 2025 Ford 150 lariat had a really bad noise but not all the time. There was a TSB for this kind of noise that I have read about. Advise Frank about this issue and said to drop it off it was there for day and half not one phone call on the how it was coming till I called . I've never been disappointed with the work performed at McFarland Ford and I'm not the type of person who complains or can't be satisfied. But I am unsatisfied with the tire replacement. I had to return because the steering wheel was at least 5 degrees off center and then again after I found out the vehicle shakes at highway speed. The tires were rebalanced but still has a noticeable shake. Not good for the vehicle or new premium tires.I don't blame tech but the vehicle didn't shake before the new tires. Happy with repair, happy with Art, Happy with Joe in parts. Waiting room is okay. My only "concern" this is 6th time this repair has been done by same tech. over 3 owners there. He always does it right (issue is recurrent with Ford truck sunroofs). His attitude with me has gone from pleasant and helpful to almost angry that I keep coming back. The truck buying process was great with Tyler. But, now I’m getting no response about about the registration for my truck. First time I called and left messages with finance and never received a call back. I ended up calling new truck sales and finally got someone to talk to. Funny how that works. The process of buying my new truck was enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that I was going to go to my lender to pick up a check and the dealership had me do it all through them. I get they are in the business to make money, but I do things this way for a reason.
Service team at mcfarland is super friendly and does excellent repairs. Art, Lauren and Jason really care about customer satisfaction. Communication during the process was excellent.

I brought my truck in for oil change and state inspection and told I was needing brakes to pass by Lauren. Five months prior I was told everything was good and the truck needed nothing. She called and said the fronts were down to 1mm pad life and 4mm in the rear. She then said it'll be about $1600 to replace them and I said Id have to thing about it as money is tight.
