I received an incorrect bill of sale. I received NO WARRANTY information, no information on what services mcfarland offers to new customers, no information on extended warranty. No one called or followed up on sale to see if i was satisfied, which i am with the truck, but not with mcfarland

I would never bring another truck or suv to be worked ,I had very bad experience there. My 2025 Ford 150 lariat had a really bad noise but not all the time. There was a TSB for this kind of noise that I have read about. Advise Frank about this issue and said to drop it off it was there for day and half not one phone call on the how it was coming till I called . Basically I was told they started the truck several times and heard no noise . Nothing about taking it in and checking the flywheel on the bolts that could be the issue. Because there was no noise they did nothing so why did I leave it there I thought this service department was better but I was wrong. I bet if it wasn’t under warranty they would have really checked it out and I would have a nice bill. But they can’t make any money on the warranty work . It was a waste of one hour both ways for nothing 👎👎👎👎👎

I've never been disappointed with the work performed at McFarland Ford and I'm not the type of person who complains or can't be satisfied. But I am unsatisfied with the tire replacement. I had to return because the steering wheel was at least 5 degrees off center and then again after I found out the vehicle shakes at highway speed. The tires were rebalanced but still has a noticeable shake. Not good for the vehicle or new premium tires.I don't blame tech but the vehicle didn't shake before the new tires. Any suggestions to correct the situation? The vehicle is no longer enjoyable to drive on highway and concerns me about safety.

Every time I drop my vehicle off for at McFarland I am always impressed with the service! The true professionalism from the point of contact thru the door. I always feel like I matter no matter the situation.
